Pargo rojo al sartén

Rendimiento: 4 porciones.
Tiempo de preparación: 20 minutos.

Ingredientes

• 450 g o 4 filetes de pargo rojo con piel.
• 1 sobre de Mi Sazón Maggi®.
• 1 cucharada de aceite de oliva.
• 2 dientes de ajo cortados en julianas.
• 160 g o 1 taza de cebolla cortada en julianas.

Procedimiento

1. En un recipiente, marine el pargo con Mi Sazón Maggi® por 5 minutos.

2. En un sartén, a fuego medio, coloque el aceite de oliva y el ajo. Sofría durante 30 segundos.

3. Coloque los filetes, primero del lado de la piel, y cocine por 3 minutos.

4. Voltee el filete, añada las cebollas y cocine por 3 minutos.

5. Sirva y deguste.
