Smoothie de fresa, banano y kiwi

Ingredientes

• 45 ml o ¼ taza de leche Condensada La Lechera 0 % Grasa®.
• 90 ml o ½ taza de Leche Evaporada® 0 % Grasa.
• 225 g o 1 ½ taza de banano cortado en rodajas.
• 132 g o 3/4 taza de kiwi cortado en rodajas.
• 304 g o 2 tazas de fresa cortadas.
• 12 cubos de hielo.

Procedimiento

1. En la licuadora, vierta la Leche Condensada La Lechera 0 % Grasa® y la Leche Evaporada® 0 %, junto con las frutas y el hielo. Procese durante 3 minutos o hasta que la mezcla esté homogénea.
