Pie de camote

INGREDIENTES

RELLENO:

1 kilo de camote

1 taza de leche evaporada

1 taza de azúcar morena

1 barra de mantequilla

2 huevos

¼ cucharadita de canela en polvo

¼ cucharadita de clavo de olor polvo

 

INGREDIENTES PARA LA CONCHA:

1 Barra de mantequilla

2 tazas de harina

Agua fría

 

PREPARACIÓN DE LA CONCHA:

Se mezclan todos los ingredientes bien una vez formada la pasta uniforme se extiende en un molde pequeño.

 

PREPARACIÓN:

Precalentar el horno a 180 grados F

Poner los ingredientes del relleno en el procesador, luego verter en la concha y  hornear todo durante 60 minutos. Después se deja enfriar. Sirva.
