Enyucados de carne y queso

INGREDIENTES:
1 kilo de yuca
300 gramos de carne molida de res
½ cebolla
¼ de chile dulce
1 consomé de res
100 g de queso rallado
1 taza de pan molido
1 huevo
1 cucharada de salsa inglesa
Sal al gusto
Aceite

PREPARACIÓN:
Se pela y se cocina la yuca con sal y apio hasta que esté suave.

Luego se deja enfriar un poco y se hace un puré y se le agrega un poquito de consomé.

Se pican finamente el chile y la cebolla.

Se revuelven bien la cebolla, chile, salsa inglesa y la carne y se le agrega un poquito de consomé.

En un sartén, se coloca una pizca de aceite y se pone a cocinar la carne, se le agrega sal a gusto.

Después, se abre una bolsa plástica transparente y se coloca con poco de la pasta de yuca y se extiende, se le pone carne y queso.

Se empieza a hacer rollitos luego se pasan por queso rallado.

En una taza se coloca el huevo y se bate y se pasan los enyucados por ahí.

Luego se pasan al pan molido y se empanizan.

En un sartén, ponga aceite y caliéntelo bien. Ponga a freír y sirva.
