Arroz con mariscos

Rendimiento: 8 porciones (2/3 taza p/p).

Tiempo de preparación: 45 minutos.

 Lea: Dip de hongos


• (588g.) 2 ½ taza de mariscos mixtos limpios.

• Sal y pimienta al gusto.

• (10 g.) 1 sobre de Naturísimo MAGGI®.

• (15 ml.) 1 cucharada de aceite de oliva.

• (8g.) 2 dientes de ajo cortados finamente.

• (53g.) 1/3 taza de chile picante rojo cortado finamente.

• (22g.) 1/3 taza de perejil cortado finamente.

• (20g.) 1/3 taza culantro cortado finamente.

• (280g.) 1 ½ taza de arroz crudo.

• (750ml) 3 tazas de agua .



  1. En un tazón, combine los mariscos con sal, pimienta, Naturísimo MAGGI® y deje marinar por 5 minutos.
  2. En una olla a fuego medio, vierta el aceite y sofría el ajo y el chile picante rojo.
  3. Agregue los mariscos, el perejil, el culantro y cocine por 5 minutos.
  4. Añada el arroz, el agua, revuelva, tape y cocine a fuego medio hasta que se consuma el agua.
  5. Baje el fuego, destape y cocine hasta que el arroz esté seco.
  6. Sirva y disfrute.

Tip culinario: al momento de cocinar los mariscos, agregue una cucharada de jugo de limón.
