Ensalada de repollo y manzanas

Rendimiento: 8 porciones.
Tiempo de preparación: 25 minutos.

Ingredientes

-110 g o 1 manzana roja pequeña, sin semillas y cortada en medias lunas.
-110 g o 1 manzana verde pequeña, sin semillas y cortada en medias lunas.
-8 g o 2 cucharitas de jugo de limón.
-180 g o 1/2 repollo verde.
-180 g o 1/2 repollo morado.
-225 g o 1 taza de yogurt natural.
-105 g o 3 cucharadas de Leche Condensada La Lechera®.
-2.5 g o 1 sobre de Sazón Completa Maggi®.
-50 g o 1/2 taza de pasas.
-Sal y pimienta al gusto.

Procedimiento

1.    En un recipiente hondo, coloque las manzanas cortadas y el jugo de limón. Llévelo a la refrigeradora.

2.    Parta los repollos en cuatro, retire el centro y córtelos en tiras delgadas. Enjuague y escurra. (Puede agregar un poco de vinagre).

3.    En otro recipiente, mezcle el yogurt con la Leche Condensada La Lechera® y Sazón Completa Maggi®. Déjelo reposar por tres minutos.

4.    En el recipiente donde están las manzanas, incorpore el repollo y el aderezo, mezclando suavemente.

5.    Finalmente, agregue las pasas. Añada sal y pimienta al gusto.

Tip Culinario

Puede sustituir las pasas por piña picada en cubitos pequeños y agregar semillas de marañón o nueces.

El repollo es rico en vitamina K. Además de tener una función esencial en la coagulación sanguínea, participa en la formación de los huesos y regula la producción de algunas enzimas.
